ZTELEC GROUP Excellent Diamond Dotted Paper Product Features and Uses
The special modified epoxy resin is an insulating material on the electrical insulating paper in a rhombic shape. The products are widely used in interlayer insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. In use, the coating layer begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying of the coil, resulting in adhesion. The curing begins again as the temperature rises, allowing adjacent layers of the winding to be reliably bonded into a fixed unit. The adhesive strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent displacement of the layers of the winding during short circuit, thereby ensuring long electrical and mechanical properties of the insulation structure.
Because diamond paper can provide insulation and has good high temperature resistance, we use it extensively. Dispensed paper is a soft composite material consisting of a middle layer of polyester film and two-sided Nomex paper, heat-resistant grade F (155 ° C), wherein the outer two layers are offset paper and the inner layer is polyester film. diamond paper combines the excellent high temperature resistance of NOMEX, the excellent dielectric strength against stretch tear strength and polyester film, mechanical properties, and soft grade F grade (155 ° C). Suitable for slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and gasket insulation for Class F motors.
The diamond paper composite core has an inner diameter of 3 inches and can be supplied in rolls or cut into reels or sheets. The diamond paper is about 60 to 70 KG per roll. The length can be determined according to customer requirements, and the width can be from 3.5MM to 914MM. Its electrical resistivity is very high, usually in the range of 10 to 10 Ω·m.
