The enamelled wire is the main breed of winding wire. It is made of insulation layer and conductor. The bare wire are painted and baked after annealing and softening. It is not easy to make a product which is to meet standard request and customer requirement. It is affected by raw material quality,process parameters,production equipment and environment factors. So the different enamelled wire with different quality characteristic but they need to be with mechanical properties, chemical properties,electric properties and thermal properties. In short the enamelled wire is a copper wire covered with an insulator that often plastic.

Enamelled wire is made by coating a layer of insulating paint on the conductor with high purity and high conductivity, that is, conductor + insulating paint = non-self-sticking enameled wire

1,PEI (polyethylene imine Polyester enamelled wire) — — — — — – Polyester – imide resin as the main body of the grease for insulating film in the conductor of the lacquer that bake;Its heat resistance grade is 180℃(H grade).
2, UEW (poly (amino formic acid ester enameled wire) — — — — — – Polyester – thane resin as the main body of the grease for insulating film in the conductor of the lacquer that bake;Its maximum characteristics are direct solder and heat resistance of 130℃(grade B).
3, the PEW (Polyester enamelled wire) — — — — — – with Polyester resin as the main body fat for insulating film in the conductor of the lacquer that bake;Its heat resistance rating is 155℃(grade F)
4, AIW(polyimide enameled wire)—— — take polyamide-imide resin as the main body grease for insulation skin film baking paint on the conductor. Its heat resistance grade is 200℃(H+ grade)
