8. PC/PBT polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate mixture
Typical application range:
Gear boxes, car bumpers and products that require anti chemical and corrosion resistance, thermal stability, impact resistance, and geometric stability.
Injection molding process conditions:
Drying process: recommended 110~135 °C, about 4 hours.
Melting temperature: 235~300 °C.
Mold temperature: 37~93 °C.
Chemical and physical properties:
PC/PBT has the comprehensive characteristics of PC and PBT two, such as the high toughness and geometric stability of PC, as well as the chemical stability, thermal stability and lubricating properties of PBT.
