The Application of Diamond Glue Film (DDP)

Electrician dispensing paper is widely used for interlayer insulation and inter-turn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. In use, the coating begins to melt at a certain temperature during the coil drying process, resulting in adhesion, with increasing temperature. Curing begins again, allowing adjacent layers of the winding to be reliably bonded into one fixed unit. The adhesive strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of the layers of the winding in the event of a short circuit, thus ensuring the long-term electrical and mechanical properties of the insulating structure.

The resin coating of the electrical dispensing paper is in the shape of a dot, which ensures the immersion of the oil and the discharge of gas in the insulating material, effectively avoids the corona and partial discharge, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure. Electrical adhesive tape can be used as a cable shield insulation layer and anti-corona material for high voltage motors and transformers.
