High Density and Dimensional Stability of Insulating Crepe Paper
The insulating crepe paper is made of pure wood pulp fiber, and no additional adhesive is added. First, the woven fabric is repressed into cardboard. Because of its high chemical purity, the board is particularly suitable for use in electrical machines and capacitors, especially in oil immersed transformers. Because of the special molding and pressing procedure used in its manufacturing process, the compactness and dimensional stability of the insulating crepe paper are ensured.
Because of its good mechanical properties, it can also be processed into the fixed parts and spacing parts of the electrified part of the transformer. Under the condition of short circuit, the huge mechanical stress in the transformer can be safely borne because of its good volume elasticity. Because of its excellent mechanical strength and excellent oil immersion performance, insulating cardboard and sheet products are widely used in oil immersed power transformers and distribution transformers.
Insulating crepe paper has mechanical properties and electrical characteristics after immersion in oil, and this composite property can not be achieved by other insulating materials. Inherent in acid and alkali corrosion, it is also compatible with all varnishes, adhesives, transformer liquids, lubricants, and refrigerators, and will not be destroyed by insects, fungi and moulds. ZTELEC GROUP specializes in the production of insulating crepe paper, which is nontoxic and flame resistant. It is not melted and is not combustible in the air.
