G11 Epoxy Insulation Board for Use in Wet Environments and Transformer Oils
G11 epoxy insulation board is made of imported electrician with alkali-free glass fiber cloth dipped in imported epoxy resin, and added corresponding imported flame retardant, adhesive and other additives; cardboard-like insulation material by hot pressing. Flame-retardant grade UL94-VO grade, good mechanical properties at high temperature, good processing performance and insulation performance, is a common raw material for insulating structural parts in motors and electrical equipment. G11 epoxy insulation board can also be used in humid environment and transformer oil, high voltage switchgear, high voltage switch and so on.
In general, G11 epoxy panels are fully operational in a 200 ° C operating environment. The breakdown voltage specification value is 40KV or more, and the typical value is 80KV.
Application characteristics of G11 epoxy board:
One: a variety of forms. Various resins, curing agents, and modifier systems can be adapted to the requirements of various applications for form, ranging from very low viscosity to high melting point solids;
Second: easy to cure. Choose a variety of curing agents? Epoxy resin system can be cured in the temperature range of 0 ~ 180 °C;
Third: strong adhesion. The presence of polar hydroxyl and ether linkages inherent in the epoxy resin molecular chain provides high adhesion to a wide variety of materials. When the epoxy resin is cured, the shrinkage is low, and the internal stress generated is small, which also contributes to the improvement of the adhesion strength;
Fourth: low shrinkage. The reaction of the epoxy resin and the curing agent used is carried out by a direct addition reaction or a ring-opening polymerization reaction of an epoxy group in a resin molecule; no water or other volatile by-products are evolved. Compared with unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins, they show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) during curing;
Fifth: mechanical properties. The cured epoxy resin system has excellent mechanical properties.
