Polyester film/polyester fiber non-woven fabric flexible composite material (F-DMD) consists of two Layersof Polyester Fiber Non-woven Fabric and a single layer ofPolyester Film in the center.
It has comparatively good heat-resistance, sound dielectrically property and mechanical property. It is compatible with most gels, resins and varnishes. When cured to C-stage in moderate temperature, it will firmly adhere on the surfaces of copper or aluminium metals, without producing any small molecular volatiles.
It is used for the liner insulation of copper foil/aluminum foil, wrapped low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation and interphase insulation in Class B-F motor and electrical appliances.
