Excellent Insulating Crepe Paper for Oil-Immersed Transformers and Reactors
Insulated crepe paper is one of the main solid paper edge materials in the transformer oil-paper insulation system, which directly affects the quality and life of the transformer. Produced by high-purity insulating wood pulp, machined from cable paper. The product has high strength, good elongation and neutral pH. This product is suitable for oil-immersed transformers, reactors and transformers for winding insulation. The basis weight of the substrate is up to 130g per square meter, and the longitudinal elongation is up to 200% or according to user requirements. Mainly used for oil-immersed transformers of Class A wrapped insulation and insulation paper for current transformers and high-voltage electric porcelain.
Insulating crepe paper products are insulating materials in which special modified epoxy resin is applied in a rhombic shape on electrical insulating paper. The product is widely used for interlayer insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. When used, the coating layer begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil, causing adhesion and solidification as the temperature rises. The adjacent layers of the winding are reliably bonded into a fixed unit. The adhesive strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of the layers of the winding during the short circuit, thereby ensuring the long-term electrical and mechanical properties of the insulation structure. Since the resin coating of the rhombic insulating paper is spotted, the immersion of the oil and the elimination of the gas in the insulating material are ensured, and the corona and partial discharge are effectively avoided, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulating structure.
