Dielectric Properties of Insulated Crepe Paper Tubes
A discharge of local breakdown that occurs inside an insulating medium between conductors. This discharge may occur inside or adjacent to the insulation.
a. Partial Discharge Amount: The value of the amount of charge in the local TV that is measured by the amount of apparent charge and measured under certain conditions.
b. Partial discharge starting voltage: When the voltage applied to the sample is slowly increased from the lower value of the partial discharge not observed to the lowest voltage value of the partial discharge observed in the test circuit.
c. Partial discharge extinction voltage: When the voltage applied to the test sample, the higher value of the partial discharge is slowly decreased until the lowest voltage value of the partial discharge is not observed in the test circuit.
d. Power frequency dry flashover voltage: The average value of the voltage measured by the flashover of the post insulator in the dry state under the specified test conditions.
Appearance quality: The appearance quality of the insulation includes: size, shape tolerance, surface flatness, bubble burr defect, degree of crack deformation. The dense and uniform surface is favorable for the moisture resistance and corrosion resistance of the insulating member, and the surface withstand voltage capability is improved. The high voltage does not affect the balance of the electric field, and the electric field distortion of the portion is not caused by surface defects.
