PA nylon rod contains molybdenum disulfide powder, which can improve its bearing capacity and wear resistance without affecting the impact resistance and fatigue resistance of the unmodified cast nylon.
It is widely used in manufacturing of gears, bearings, sprocket wheel and the sleeve.
The material has the most excellent comprehensive properties, including mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical shock absorption and wear resistance. These characteristics, coupled with good electrical insulation and chemical resistance, make PA6 a universal class material for manufacturing mechanical structural parts and maintainable parts.
